Consultation Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your consultation we are happy to give you a FREE consultation with another doctor within our practice. If a second opinion is needed, then we will pay for another consultation at the veterinary clinic of your choice.

Surgical Guarantee

We give you an expectation of success, for every surgery we perform, so you will know what to expect and complications associated with the procedure.

Food Guarantee

All of the foods we recommend come with our South St Vet Guarantee of Quality and Taste. If your pet does not eat their food – we will gladly exchange it for another bag.

Found a bag of food cheaper? We will meet that price so that our clients continue to be completely satisfied with our service without paying extra.
