Exceeded expectations! Rang with cat crisis and the lovely lovely Stacey not only cared about my cat but about me as well. Similarly my dealings with Shannon (also lovely x 2!) who went out of her way to care for my cat as well as me with warmth, generosity, patience, kindness and professionalism. Shannon has since come in on her day off to change bandages and assure me that all is well. All staff here are strikingly friendly, caring and passionate and nothing appears to be an irritation. Am so impressed by the exceedingly professional behaviors of all staff here combined with genuine care for humans and genuine love of animals.
